Firefighters arrived to find smoke and fire spreading through the roof and were told one resident was still inside the mobile home on Maplewood Drive, the outlet reports.
Crews were able to bring the fire under control around 2:20 a.m., but they were unable to rescue the trapped person.
Neither the identities of the fire victims nor the cause of the fire had been released as of Friday afternoon.
